Beginners Guide to Fitness

A 30-minute Facetime / Skype call to discuss your personal fitness goals. I will give you my recommendations for your personal needs on the following: Cardio Frequency, Cardio type, training split, water intake, supplements, personal macros for your goals and a grocery guide. I will go in depth about topics that will help you with your personal success like the following:  Misconceptions when dieting, treat meal / refeed frequency, myths in the fitness industry AND any/all questions and concerns that you have about starting your fitness journey.

One Time Workout Split

I will create you a personalized training split based on your body and goals. This split can be an at home workout, upper body | lower body split or individual muscle group split. We will discuss your short- and long-term goals and I will create your program based on how many days you are able to workout per week, what equipment you have access to, etc.

In person, personal training sessions in Lindon, UT

Local Residents Only

This will include an in-person training session at the IdealFit Private Gym.

$35.00 for 30 minutes

$60.00 for 1 hour 

You receive a 10% discount when you purchase 3 or more sessions at once.

 

Training AND Nutrition Packages

I will personally customize a set of macros for you to hit daily. I will also teach you how to track macros and the importance of why we track macros. If you have never counted calories or macros before, do NOT be intimidated! I will teach you everything you need to know. I will add in refeeds and treat meals as you need them and will adjust your macros on a weekly basis as you make progress. You will also receive a customized training and cardio regimen. This will include cardio and your preference of at home or gym workouts.  You will check in with me weekly using a check in sheet that I have customized for my clients! Each week we will evaluate your progress pictures, weekly measurements, weigh ins and mental health and make changes to your plan as needed. You will have access to me 24/7 via email. I guarantee a response within 24 hours Monday – Friday.

Nutrition ONLY

When purchasing nutrition only, you will receive everything included in the Nutrition and Training packages above aside from a training split and cardio regimen.

Training ONLY

When purchasing training only, you will receive a customized training split and cardio regimen based on your personal goals. You will receive weekly check-ins so your training split and cardio can be adjusted as needed while progress is made.

Meal Plans

If you purchase a plan that includes nutrition, you can request that I create a meal plan for you based on the macros that I give you for a surcharge. The meal plan I create will include foods that you enjoy inside the calorie goal I have set for you. Once the meal plan in created I will also include a substitution list, so you can sub out certain items on your meal plan if desired.

When you purchase please send your full name, email and what plan you are purchasing in the payment description! For example –

Once plan is purchased, I will email you a questionnaire for you to fill out and send back to me, so I can customize your plan for you! Your plan does not officially start until I have everything customized and sent to you! You can request a later start date upon purchase if needed.
