Spring is almost here, so I wanted to post a delicious recipe that is perfect for this time of year! It is easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 Pitta bread
4 oz ground turkey
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (fat free)
1 tomato
½ cucumber
¼ onion
¼ clove of garlic
Salt, pepper, dill
Directions:
Cook turkey in a pan with salt and pepper
Chop all the veggies
Mix plain greek yogurt with the pressed garlic, ½ tsp dill, salt and pepper
Lay out flat bread and add the turkey, veggies and greek yogurt like a burrito or taco
