This chicken will have your mouth watering! It is simple, easy and very healthy. You can easily fit this into your macros regardless if you are dieting or in a surplus!
Ingredients:
Chicken Tenderloins (I prefer the frozen bag from Costco)
Mixed Vegetables (I prefer the Birdseye mix from Costco)
IdealFit Sweet Island BBQ Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil (you can use any oil)
Salt & Pepper
Spray Butter
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Lay out desired amount of chicken tenderloins in a glass pan. Using a small cooking brush, apply 2 tbsp. of the olive oil to both sides of all the tenderloins. Once the chicken is coated in a small amount of oil, add the sweet island bbq seasoning onto both sides of the tenderloins as well.
Set aside.
Now place the mixed veggies on a baking sheet. Using a small cooking brush apply 1 tbsp. of olive oil to the veggies. Season the veggies with salt and pepper and then top the veggies with spray butter.
Place the Chicken in the oven first and set a timer for 45 minutes. This is for FROZEN chicken. If your chicken is not frozen, set a timer for about 30 minutes.
Once the chicken has about 25 minutes left, place the veggies in the oven as well.
Be sure to cut through the middle of the chicken to make sure it is fully cooked.
