Hi babes! I was playing around in my kitchen wanting to make some healthy cookies to snack on during the holidays and I came up with this recipe! These are a healthy alternative that are delicious, quick and easy!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Almond Milk

1/2 cup of Baking Stevia

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

6 tbsp. Coco

1/2 tbsp. Honey

A dash of Salt

1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1 cup of Rolled Oats

1/3 cup of Peanut Butter

2 tbsp. IdealFit Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder

1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips (milk or dark)

Directions:

Combined almond milk, baking stevia, honey, olive oil and coco in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and allow it to boil for 60 seconds. Stir frequently.

Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, vanilla extract, salt and chocolate chips.

On parchment paper place spoon sized cookie balls and let cool

Enjoy!
